Lower Interest Rates and Higher Loan Limits!

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) announced the 2024 conforming loan limits.
 
The new conforming loan limit for all counties will be $766,550 (an increase of $40,350 from the 2023 limit of $726,200.) San Diego County’s high balance limit has increased and will now be $1,006,250. Orange and LA County's high balance limit has increased to $1,149,825.
We are closing loans with these new loan amounts immediately.
 
Below are the San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, and Riverside County for FNMA / FHLMC loan limits.
