Since funding his first loan in 1979, Rob has closed transactions in every type of market.

Rob joined San Diego Funding in 1994, where he is currently Vice President for Lending. His extensive lending experience includes Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Veterans Administration (VA), Fannie Mae (FNMA) & Freddie Mac (FHLMC) financing.

Rob specializes in no down and low down government programs most helpful to first-time buyers. Rob has personally closed over 5,000 transactions, working with real estate agents throughout San Diego, and referral clients that now include multiple generations.  

He is an 11-time winner of the Five Star Mortgage Professional award featured in San Diego Magazine, making him one of San Diego’s top mortgage professionals for 11 consecutive years beginning in 2010. This award is given to less than 2% of mortgage professionals. Rob is also an affiliate member of the Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors and an active volunteer for the South Bay Family YMCA since 1989. 

Rob and his wife are Bonita residents and have two grown daughters.
