2023 Loan Limit Increases

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) announced the 2023 conforming loan limits.
 
The new conforming loan limit for all counties will be $726,200 (an increase of $79,000 from the 2022 limit of $647,200.) San Diego County’s high balance limit has increased and will now be $977,500. Orange and LA County's high balance limit has increased to $1,089,300. We are closing loans with these new loan amounts immediately.
 
Below you will find a table for San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, and Riverside County for FNMA / FHLMC loan limits.
