As San Diego Funding’s Founder and President, Linnea Arrington directs the company’s strategy, oversees operations and continues to be one of the firm’s top-producing loan officers. Her vision of a company that can deliver unrivaled customer service and market knowledge has continued to ensure that San Diego Funding has remained one of San Diego’s most respected and trusted mortgage banking companies for over 30 years.

Arrington began her career in real estate finance in 1977. In 1982, she opened the San Diego Funding office in Mission Valley with just 7 employees. In 2005, Linnea moved the office to the current location in Historic Liberty Station, Point Loma.

Arrington sees her success in the industry as a direct result of doing what she truly loves and she works tirelessly on behalf of her clients to achieve their dreams of homeownership in the San Diego community.

Linnea Arrington lives in Point Loma and has strong ties to her community. She is involved in several philanthropic, business and community organizations throughout San Diego, including San Diego Rotary, The Museum of Contemporary Art and Big Brothers, Big Sisters of San Diego. Linnea also enjoys playing tennis, traveling and, most of all, spending time with her family and grandchildren.
